Moving to Another Home

Are you an ISHA tenant who wants to transfer to another home?

We operate a transfer system for tenants whose home is no longer suitable for their needs. However, because of the small number of properties available for transfers, you are likely to wait a considerable time before we can offer you an alternative property.

We strongly advise that in addition to applying to ISHA for a transfer, you also apply to go onto your local authority's waiting list.  Please see useful links for links to your local authority.

The options available to ISHA tenants are

• Transferring to another ISHA property
• Exchange or swap your existing home with another tenant through HomeSwapper
• Applying to your Local Authority
