Ways to Pay Your Rent

You can pay your rent in the following ways:

• Online

If you wish to pay online please click on logo (You will be taken to the allpay site, where you will need your allpay swipe card number)

• AllPay Swipe Card

When you first move into your property ISHA provide you with a plastic AllPay swipe card. You can use this card which will have a unique number to pay your rent online. To pay online please click on the AllPay logo. This will take you to the secure AllPay website.

You can also pay in designated outlets using your plastic 'AllPay' swipe card.

• Direct Debit or Standing Order

You can start a direct debit mandate through your bank or building society, or a standing order. Please contact your Revenue Officer for move information.

• Housing Benefit Payments

If you are entitled to housing benefit, you can have this paid directly to the Association. 

• Cheque Payments

By posting a cheque to our office.

Please remember that cash is not accepted at our office.
