There are lots of ways to get an update on your repair
If you have a repair that you have already reported to us, that has not been carried out yet or needs more work the Service Delivery Team will be happy to give you an update.
When you first report a repair we will give you an order number, this will look like RMA65646. It is useful to know this when you contact us about your repair.
To get an update on your repair you can:
- Phone us
Call the Service Delivery Team on 020 7704 7300. Please have your order number ready if possible so we can update you quickly. - Email us
Email the Service Delivery Team on repairs@isha.co.uk. Please give your order number in the email. We will then email or call you within 12 working hours. -
Write to us
Write to at: Service Delivery Team, Islington and Shoreditch Housing Association, 102 Blackstock Road, London, N4 2DR. Please give your order number. - Visit the office
You can come to the office during opening hours and we will give you an update. Please bring your order number.
