ISHA's Inspection Action Plan

The action plan (PDF, 1.21mb) was developed with residents to address the weaknesses identified by the audit commission inspection, held in January 2010.
Thank you to all residents who have contributed to development and delivery of the action plan. The action plan addresses the weaknesses identified by the inspection, all of the three areas have now been completed. Further actions arising from the completed areas are now monitored through the Continuous Improvement Plan. The promising prospects for improvement judgement took into account ISHA’s resident consultation and action plan.
During the action planning consultations, residents also raised priorities that were wider than the scope of the inspected areas. These have been addressed through the Strategic Plan.
ISHA’s action plan was developed with residents through a series of consultations workshops, meetings, through the website and a resident survey. Residents also contributed by phoning to give their comments and by email.
