How to pay your rent online

The easiest way to pay your rent is by Direct Debit, but you can also make payments online.

There are two options for paying your rent online:

1. You can use our secure payment service to pay rent, ground rent, service charges, parking permits or for a shed.
2. Alternatively, you can use allpay to pay your rent online.

Using our online payment service

Follow this link to our secure payment service to make an online payment.

You'll need your occupancy reference number and postcode. You can find them on any statements or letters from ISHA about payments. You can also call us on 0300 131 7300 or email us at IncomeTeam@isha.co.uk.

Paying your rent with allpay 

To pay your rent using allpay you will need your allpay swipe card number. If you don't know the number or don't have your card to hand, call us on 0300 131 7300 or email IncomeTeam@isha.co.uk.

Allpay is fully compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
