We’ve changed how we take rent payments over the phone.

The easiest way to pay your rent is by Direct Debit, but we can also take payments over the telephone.

Paying your rent by phone

Call 0300 131 7300 (option 3) to pay your rent.

When you call up, you’ll be put through to a member of our Income and Tenancy Sustainment Team. They’ll confirm your identity and ask how much you want to pay. We’ll then send you a link for that amount by email or text (SMS) to a secure online platform where you can enter your debit or credit card details and complete the payment.

The link is valid for seven hours if you don’t want to pay immediately.

Depending on your bank and security settings, you may have to confirm your payment with a one-time code.

Once you’ve paid, we’ll confirm that your account has been updated. If you don’t have any further questions, we’ll end the call.

Can’t get online?

If you cannot use the link to make a payment online, there are other ways to pay your rent, including with a credit or debit card in person at our office or by using an allpay swipe card at the Post Office, Payzone stores and PayPoint locations.

Why have we made these changes?

By sending you a secure link where you enter your card details yourself, you no longer give your card details to someone else.
