Online Services
This page provides information on the different methods for paying rent, including Direct Debit, standing order, online, and telephone. You are responsible for paying your rent on time, and all rent payments must be made in advance.
Direct Debit is the most convenient way to pay your rent.
To pay your rent by Direct Debit, you must set up a ‘Direct Debit mandate’ with your bank. If you need help setting up a Direct Debit, call 0300 131 7300 (option 3) or email IncomeTeam@isha.co.uk.
To pay your rent by standing order, complete the standing order form (88kb, PDF) and take it to your bank.
You must instruct your bank if you want to pay online from your bank account or by telephone banking.
Our bank details are:
Please include your rent account number for the payment reference so we can match the payment to your rent account. Your account number is included in our rent or service charge letters.
You can pay your rent online through the allpay website using your allpay swipe card number.
You can pay your rent using your allpay swipe card at the Post Office, Payzone stores and PayPoint locations.
To use the allpay app to pay your rent, you’ll need the unique reference number on your allpay swipe card.
You can pay your rent over the telephone with a credit or debit card by calling us on 0300 131 7300 (option 3).
After we confirm your identity and the amount you want to pay, we’ll send you a text message (SMS) or email with a link where you can enter your payment details.
For most people, Housing Benefit or Universal Credit is paid directly to you, and you are then responsible for paying your rent.
In some circumstances, if you receive Housing Benefit or Universal Credit, you can arrange for this to be paid directly to ISHA. Call 0300 131 7300 (option 3) to discuss this with us.
You can pay with a credit or debit card in person at our office using the card reader machine at reception (in the same way as you would pay for something in a shop).
Our reception is open during normal office hours, 9am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).
If you want to pay your rent by cheque, you can bring it to the office or post it to:
Islington & Shoreditch Housing Association
102 Blackstock Road
London N4 2DR
We do not accept cash at our office.
