• Respond immediately to any letters we send you. 
• Tell Housing Benefits or Universal Credit immediately of any changes in your circumstances.
• Provide any additional information that Housing Benefits or Universal Credit have asked you for on time.
• When you make an arrangement with us you must keep to it.
• Do not keep calling us to change an arrangement made.
