Well almost… the National Lottery has set up a scheme called the Big Lottery Fund aimed at improving the financial confidence of social housing tenants. ISHA, along with a number of housing associations in Hackney, has been working with key voluntary agencies and Hackney Council to try to secure the money for all social tenants in the Borough. We have been successful in getting through to the second round and we now need your help to secure up to a million pounds for the benefit of Hackney residents. In particular, we need 2 ISHA residents living in Hackney to participate on the Residents’ Sub-Group who will advise us on how best to improve the financial confidence of residents. Solar Panels for ISHA
5 Sep 2011Islington and Shoreditch Housing Association will be installing solar panels at all properties will suitable roofs. This electricity will be used to reduce carbon emissions and will reduce the amount of electricity residents will be charged in their service charges.
Car Parking at ISHA
3 Jun 2011Changes to ISHA's car parking service, Newline will no longer be ISHA's car parking patrol service.
Calls to ISHA's Office Thursday 2 June
1 Jun 2011The Service Delivery Team will commence Customer Service Training on the first Thursday of every month from 2 June 2011. Repair calls to the office before 10.30am on the first Thursday of every month will be taken by our contractors, Chigwell.
