It’s one of the busiest times of the year for parcel deliveries, and sadly some of them go missing. We’ve packaged some parcel top tips. Missing delivery If your item is missing, you should report this to the retailer initially. Check their website for details on how to report a missing item. They may be able to send a replacement or issue you a refund. What happens if my parcel is stolen? If you have proof the item was stolen, please report the crime to the police. If police require access to CCTV footage, they will contact us directly. Be wary of parcel delivery scams Parcel delivery scams are very common, and last year almost half the country were targeted by parcel delivery scams. Citizens Advice has some information on how these scams work and how you can protect yourself against them.
