Help create our new website

We're underway with our new website project!  

We want to work with you to create a website for ISHA that looks great and works for you, not only on desktop but mobiles and tablets.   

To do that, we want your feedback! Join our next online consultations: 
Thursday 22 August, 6pm - 7.30pm 
Thursday 29 August, 6pm - 7.30pm 

All levels of computer skills are required. 

• Give your views on how it looks 
• Tell us the information you want to see 
• Meet other residents and enjoy a free lunch

How have residents been involved so far? 

We’ve had eight residents join ISHA staff across two sessions already. 
We went through some of the most important things you’ll want to do on our new site, such as paying your rent or getting in touch about a repair.  
Residents who participated were asked to score the ease of the using the prototype website. 86% of responses rated it easy or very easy to use.  

Here’s a few key things residents raised with us: 

• “It’s important the website is accessible to everyone”. 
• “It’s really important there is clear contact information for specific teams at ISHA. I don’t want to have to call a switch board, I want to get to the right team straight away”. 
• ISHA should use, “simpler language and a friendlier tone that is more conversational”.  
• There should be even more key information available at a glance. Things like the FAQ section should be obviously shown. 

We’ll take all of these on board as we progress with the new website, and we welcome more residents getting involved!
