ISHA retains G1 and V2 ratings

Last week, the Regulator for Social Housing announced its latest judgments and confirmed that we have retained our G1 and V2 ratings.

This is fantastic news for ISHA and shows that the regulator remains confident that ISHA is well governed and financially viable.

What the ratings mean

The G rating is for governance and is ranked from G1 (the best) to G4.

A rating of G1 or G2 means an organisation is compliant with the requirements set by the Regulator of Social Housing and ISHA scored the top rating of G1.

The V rating is for viability. Like the governance rating, it is scored from 1-4, with V1 being the best rating.

Following the judgment, ISHA has retained its V2 rating. This means the regulator believes ISHA meets the viability requirements and has the financial capacity to deal with a reasonable range of adverse scenarios providing we manage material risks to ensure we remain compliant.
