Improving your communication experience

We’re excited to be switching over to a new housing and finance computer system. It will soon allow you to view your information online, review rent payments and repairs and get the information you need about your home.

The new system goes live for staff on Tuesday, 1 April. We will use it to improve our background services, and then, in a few months, it will be ready for you to use. 

While we aim to provide you with a better service from day one, please bear with us while we all adjust to the new system. If we ask you questions about some of your personal details, it's to help improve the quality of data in the new system so we can continue to improve your experience in the future.

Coming soon...

You’ll soon have access to an online portal where you can raise requests, make payments, or update your information without needing to call us. This will give you more freedom in how you interact with us and allow our staff to spend more time with you when you need that extra bit of support over the phone.
