When we're closed over the festive period

Correction

Our office will be closed for the festive period from 2:30pm on Tuesday, 24 December (not 4pm as we said in our resident magazine). We apologise for this communication error and any inconvenience caused.

We will reopen at 9am on Thursday, 2 January 2025. If you have an emergency while we're closed, you can call our out-of-hours team on 0300 131 7300.

What is an emergency?

Emergencies include no heating or hot water, a complete loss of electrical power, flooding or serious water ingress, structural damage to the property, a gas leak, domestic violence, or serious anti-social behaviour that makes you feel unsafe in your home or that your life is in danger.

If it’s not an emergency, please contact us when we reopen on Thursday, 2 January. The email addresses for each team are on the contact us page.

Email and social media

We won't monitor or respond to emails or social media while closed. If you have an emergency during that time, call our out-of-hours team on 0300 131 7300.
