Remember to pay your rent in January

We know Christmas can be a busy time for many people, but it's important to remember to pay your bills, including rent or service charges.

Your rent and service charges are due in advance. If you are unsure how to pay for everything, contact our Income and Tenancy Sustainment Team. They can work with you to prevent arrears from building up on your account, discuss the payment options available and check whether you are receiving any benefits that you might be entitled to.

Ways to pay your rent

The easiest way to pay your rent is by Direct Debit. You can also pay your rent online or in other ways, including by standing order, over the phone, or in person. For more information, see our page on other ways to pay your rent.

Financial advice and support

If you need help managing your money, email outreach@isha.co.uk to contact our Outreach and Support Team. In addition to financial issues, they can also help with housing and tenancy, finding social activities, and accessing specialist services.
