Our new repairs contractor – MNM

We’re pleased to introduce you to our new repair contractors MNM.  

They’re an award-winning contractor we’ve appointed on a yearlong contract, beginning on 1 July.  

MNM will be responsible for non-utility related repairs such as carpentry and plastering.  We’re still working with Chigwell, and they will continue to carry out certain works going forward. 

MNM were selected after an interview process which involved residents as part of the interviewing panel. Residents and ISHA staff both agreed they meet our values and standards.
