Download the 2022/23 Residents’ Annual Report (pdf, 3.1mb) We were delighted to welcome residents into 93 brand-new homes during the year and have continued working on improving the safety and quality of our existing homes. We re-tendered several repairs and maintenance contracts to ensure value for money and that our contractors deliver excellent service to our residents. In 2022/23 we: replaced 132 boilers with new ones that are more efficient and, importantly, cheaper to run upgraded 29 bathrooms fitted 29 new kitchens We also completed 1,261 emergency and 4,921 routine repairs, with 71% completed in one visit. Resident satisfaction increased slightly to 61%, but we know we have much more work to do.
