We’ve changed our lift maintenance and service contractor

Photo by Arissa Chattassa on Unsplash If you have a lift in your building, you may have already noticed them on-site, but allow us to formally introduce Apex Lifts; our new contractor. We know if you live in a multi-storey building a lift is essential, and we know what an inconvenience it is when it doesn’t work. That’s why we’re excited to be partnering with Apex Lifts so we can deliver excellent and quick services to all of our lifts, when needed. Why the change? We believe Apex Lifts have demonstrated a customer first approach and are well equipped to keep up with the level of demand we have for lift repair and maintenance service. Apex Lifts have been appointed on a one-year basis to ensure suitable cover to support our service and maintenance needs to our resident’s lifts. They are fully accredited and have a great customer service track record. ISHA has secured a contract with Apex Lifts for one year, to improve our service to you. As this is currently procured on a one-year basis, ISHA will also undertake a further formal tender process to secure a longer-term provider. As part of our formal tender process, we will invite residents to participate through our Resident Repairs Panel, providing input and scrutiny to ensure you get the service level you expect. If you’d like to join our Resident Repairs Panel, or share ideas, concerns or solutions about how ISHA can support you and your community please contact involvement@isha.co.uk. If you would like to know more about Apex Lifts you can find further information on their website.
