Season's greetings to all our residents. If you're celebrating Christmas, we hope you have a happy, safe and enjoyable time with your friends and family.

Office closure dates

Our office will close at 3.30pm on Friday, 22 December 2023 for the festive period. We reopen 9am on Tuesday, 2 January 2024.

If you have an emergency while we're closed, call our out-of-hours team on 0300 131 7300. They’re available 24/7 over the festive period – including on Christmas Day.

What is an emergency?

Emergencies include things like having no heating and hot water, a complete loss of electrical power, flooding or serious water ingress, structural damage to the property, a gas leak, domestic violence or serious anti-social behaviour that makes you feel unsafe in your home or that your life is in danger.

If it’s not an emergency, please email isha@isha.co.uk or call us when we reopen from 9am on Tuesday, 2 January.

Email and social media

We're giving our staff time off to enjoy the festive period, so we won't monitor or respond to emails or social media sent between 3.30pm on Friday, 22 December – 9am on Tuesday, 2 January 2024. If you have an emergency during that time, call our out-of-hours team on 0300 131 7300.
