As a registered social housing landlord, each year, ISHA must ask our tenants about the homes and services we provide. These questions are set by the Regulator of Social Housing and every registered social landlord in England must ask 12 questions to their residents and record the responses in the same way. This is known as a Tenant Satisfaction Survey, with each of the questions related to a Tenant Satisfaction Measure (TSM). How is the survey being carried out? This year we're carrying out the Tenant Satisfaction Survey over the phone. We've partnered with an organisation called ARP Research to carry out the Survey and over the next few weeks, you may receive a phone call from them asking for your feedback. The ARP Research team will identify themselves and their work for ISHA before asking any questions. Taking part in the survey You don't have to take part in the survey, but we'd really appreciate you taking the time to answer the questions. Please tell us your experience of living in an ISHA home and how you feel about the services we provide. As a thank you for your time, everyone who participates in this year’s survey will have the opportunity to go into a draw for Love2Shop vouchers, with a first prize of £300, second prize of £200 and third prize of £100. What will I be asked about? You'll be asked 12-15 questions about your experience as an ISHA tenant and it shouldn’t take too much of your time. What if I've got a specific query or want to report an issue? If you have a specific question or need to talk with us about repairs, rent or anything else, call 0300 131 7300 or email isha@isha.co.uk after you've completed the survey. How will the results be presented to ISHA? After completing the surveys, ARP Research will produce a report of the overall results. No one will be identified in any results that ISHA sees, but we will use the information to understand what we are doing well and where there is room for improvement. More information If you have any questions or concerns about the survey, you can contact us in the usual way by calling 0300 131 7300 or emailing isha@isha.co.uk.
