A big thank you for food bank donations

The Elizabeth House Community Centre have extended their thanks for all donations made to the food bank. One of our Outreach and Support Officers, Alasdair, delivered the donations to them just down the road in Highbury.

They support around 200 people a week and receive new referrals constantly.

Since March 2020, Elizabeth House Community Centre has been running a Hub so local residents experiencing food insecurity can receive weekly food support.

They also offer a number of community programmes including a free IT skills class, a homework club for school aged children and a marial arts class.
